Webb Bros is a group of integrated IT dealerships throughout queensland. With our head office based in Mackay, we have dealerships in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Hervey Bay and Bundaberg.
Collectively, the Webb Bros group is the largest group of ICT Service Providers in Queensland, with over 35 years' experience delivering the latest and most innovative technology solutions to our customers across 5 locations. Servicing a region starting as far north as Airlie beach, down the east coast to Bundaberg and stretching as far west as Clermont and Emerald. Our success is built on the strong foundations of the partnerships we have fostered with industry leaders and the passion we have for our local communities.
With over 60 employees across our branches, our team is our greatest strength. Our teams all share a passion for what they do and why they do it and we strive to provide a local and personal level of service, driven by our positive company culture, active encouragement in team exercises and professional development opportunities.
A Message from our Founder
In September 1982 Rank Xerox decided to test the idea of appointing a Dealer to promote their office products in non-metro areas. They began with Mackay, Cairns and Lismore. This was a first for Xerox worldwide! At that time in Queensland the company had direct offices in Brisbane and Townsville, serving the whole state. This ‘experiment ‘ proved very successful. Soon after Rank Xerox became Fuji Xerox , majority owned by Fujifilm Holdings with the head office in Tokyo and 25% owned by Xerox Corporation in US. Today FujiFilm Business Innovation Australia have an industry leading network of Dealers, mainly in Non Metropolitan cities across Australia.
NQBE are proud to represent the FujiFilm Business Innovation Australia brand exclusively since 1982 . FujiFilm Business Innovation Australia are the market leading Colour MFD/ supplier in Australia and continually rate highest in customer satisfaction for service and print quality. Today NQBE Integrated IT have a staff of 30 plus , including 12 Service Engineers . It is the largest IT Services Dealership in the Mackay/ Whitsundays and Bowen Basin hinterland region. NQBE own their purpose built premises in North Mackay since 1985. NQBE commenced as a Xerox Copier and Typewriter Dealer and a PC Computer Dealer. This also makes them the longest serving computer dealer in the Mackay area.
In 1987, de-regulation occurred in the Telecommunications Industry in Australia. NQBE began selling and servicing Philips Telephone Systems . Later they sold NEC Systems and then in 1992 they chose to represent Ericsson, the market leading brand at that time. As well they serviced systems on behalf of Telstra Business Systems ( TBS). Ericsson sold their rights to their Phone Systems. They became Aastra branded . Now they have sold to worldwide Telco giant Mitel. Today NQBE are proud to represent the Mitel brand offering Unified Communications Solutions.
Clients today can also benefit from NQBE’s membership of the Leading Edge Computers ( LEC) Group which has the buying power of 127 Stores nationwide. This gives us access to the very latest business grade hardware ( computers, servers, wi-fi, audio visual/ projectors etc), at the pricing of the mass retailer stores . OUR BRANCHES
Across 5 locations in Queensland, the Webb Bros group consists of three major branches. With our head office, NQBE Integrated I.T located in Mackay, we have two branches in Rockhampton and Gladstone operating as CAPconnect and two branches in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay operating as Widebay I.T. This means our branches have a large footprint and access to technical resources that enable us to offer premium levels of service and support.
NQBE Integrated I.T is the head office for the Webb Bros group and the first branch to open, originally as The Xerox Shop in 1982. Located in Mackay in Central Queensland, NQBE Integrated I.T encompasses Mackay, The Whitsundays and Bowen Basin region.
NQBE integrated I.T is the only Authorised dealer of Fuji Xerox and we were one of the first regional fuji xerox dealers in Australia.
Mackay - Webb Bros Group Head Office
CAPconnect is our newest branch to have opened, with the first office opening in Rockhampton in 2016. Following the success of Rockhampton, our second branch in Gladstone was opened a year later.
CAPconnect is the only Authorised Fuji Xerox dealer in a region that covers the Rockhampton and Central highlands areas, including as far west as Emerald and Clermont
Widebay I.T was our second branch to open, our first Widebay IT office was opened in Bundaberg in 2013 with our Hervey Bay office opening shortly there after.
Encompassing an area that includes the Wide Bay and Burnett regions, Widebay IT is the only Authorised dealer of the Fuji Xerox brand
